Unfortunately we can only sell TPP products within the UK. We recommend you contact TPP directly to find your local distributor.
We offer complimentary free delivery on any sample products, TPP Showcase boxes or Rewards and prizes. For regular orders, your shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before you commit to buying.
Each TPP product you buy from Helena comes with a sticker telling you how many Reward Points it is worth. Simply enter the catalogue number and sticker code on our website and they’ll be added to your account.
The Rewards you can select all have different Points values, and as you earn more Points they will unlock so that you can order them with just two clicks.
We will contact you shortly after you place an order for a Reward, to confirm the address details and the specifics of the item you selected. Typically you would receive the item within 5 working days of your order.
Get in touch with us and we would be happy to discuss swapping an item for an alternative of equal value, provided we can get hold of it.
No, they will remain on your account until you make use of them. If you close your account however, you will not be able to transfer them to another account and they will be lost.
We strongly recommend that you use the most recent version of your preferred web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer or Firefox. Internet Explorer version 8 or older is not officially supported by the Helena Store, and may not function properly. The Store should function well on modern smartphones and tablets.
